From Argentina to Mexico, she carries a Gemini’s spark for saying yes to new adventures.
Originally from Argentina, Heda has spent the past 25 years in Mexico and now calls Playa del Carmen home, where she works remotely as Sales Director for Voyage by Pascale. She first met Pascale during her hotel-side days and admired her vision and character from the start, making it a true privilege to now be part of her team.
Heda’s career has taken her through leadership roles at some of the world’s most iconic ultra-luxury resorts, including Chablé Hotels, Belmond Maroma, and Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. Along the way, she honed her expertise in strategic sales, brand storytelling, and creating unforgettable guest experiences, checking off much of the VBP collection firsthand.
Outside of work, she’s a proud mom of two teenage daughters, her favorite travel partners and concert sidekicks. Whether catching a flight, singing along at a show, or soaking up a lazy Sunday at the beach, family time is always at the center. Pilates keeps her grounded, Aperol spritz with friends keeps her smiling, and her two furry dogs, Nikky and Bruna, keep her busy (and entertained). A true Gemini, Heda thrives on balance and the kind of new experiences that fuel both life and work.
