Melinda Cashwell Edwards

A Queens, New York native with Cuban roots and big Leo energy.

Melinda brings warmth, confidence, loyalty, and a natural sense of presence to everything she does. She holds a degree in Marketing and began her career in hospitality, spending six years with Casa de Campo. During her time there, she worked closely with the Voyage by Pascale team and developed a deeper appreciation for thoughtful, personalized travel experiences.

After taking time away from the workforce to raise her family, Melinda was ready to experience the travel industry from a new perspective and joined Voyage by Pascale. Today, her marketing background, hospitality experience, and genuine love of travel come together in her approach to creating experiences that feel personal, meaningful, and anything but ordinary.

Melinda lives in Queens with her husband and their two sons. When she’s not creating travel experiences, you’ll likely find her running between soccer practices and games, juggling PTA responsibilities across two schools, or lending her time and talents to nonprofit organizations and her church community. At the heart of it all, Melinda believes life is meant to be experienced, shared, and remembered.
