Pascale Gherardi

Pascale grew up in Grenoble, France, one of four siblings and arguably the most determined. Classically trained in piano at the conservatory and educated at the prestigious hotel school Lesdiguieres, she never followed a rigid plan. Instead, she embraced opportunity as it came, guided by instinct and curiosity, a trait that still defines her journey.

One such moment? A spontaneous trip to St. Barth that turned into a season, then a year, and ultimately a lifelong love affair with the island’s charm and community. Her path later led her to the U.S., first Rhode Island, then New York, where timing and tenacity set the stage for what would become Voyage by Pascale.

Over the years, Pascale has built trusted relationships with luxury travel advisors and hoteliers alike, earning a reputation for persistence, integrity, and unwavering commitment to advisor success. Ever the Scorpio, she blends instinct, intensity, and passion with savoir faire and the human touch in luxury travel, curating experiences as spontaneous and spirited as the journey that led her here.

Outside of work, Pascale’s pride and joy is her daughter Madison, 24, who moved to New York City in 2024. Passionate about food, photography, fashion, the arts, and dance, Madison works for the Creative Director at Vogue, all while living the quintessential broke-but-thriving New York life. She’s also mom to Benji, the family’s beloved pup and VBP’s emotional support.
